As the reviews below- I have had a horrible experience with Kylie and the short term rental at Lake David. It has been over 4 months and they have not returned the bond claiming 'excessive cleaning' but provided no photos or evidence! I have just realised this is consistent with other reviews on this property and the property manager. In my years of renting short stay accomodation I have never encountered such horrible service! Stay Away!
Terrible experience, we stayed at Lake David which was an amazing property, but Belle were totally unprofessional. Had to chase them 4 times over weeks to ask for our $2000 bond. Then they claimed that their cleaning and maintenance crew were there until 1:30am for a deep clean. I asked for photos and this is what they sent. Truly appalling and unprofessional conduct at this agency. Due process not followed, bond thieves who didn’t arrange an outgoing inspection with the tenant and then attempted to claim most of the bond. No outgoing inspection report provided until after legal action commenced which was inconsistent with incoming report. Multiple instances of lying and manipulation. Ethics training would be beneficial. Dodgy. Beware.
