Truly appalling and unprofessional conduct at this agency. Due process not followed, bond thieves who didn’t arrange an outgoing inspection with the tenant and then attempted to claim most of the bond. No outgoing inspection report provided until after legal action commenced which was inconsistent with incoming report. Multiple instances of lying and manipulation. Ethics training would be beneficial. Dodgy. Beware.

STAY AWAY RENTERS This realestate doesn’t care for your wellbeing and safety. We moved in to a house that has mould though out the whole place and there is dangerous electrical outlets exposed. The Realestate told us it wasn’t like that when we inspected the place but yet in one of there photos you can see an outlet exposed. We had to fix this ourselves as they refused. We have handed in our invoice for them to reimburse us but they refused again. They said the place is fenced off but I can’t see where it must be invisible. ... read more
I highly recommend you stay away from this realestate. We moved into our new place we are renting. This place looked gorgeous and amazing when advertised. When we went for an inspection this place wasn’t looking a little worse for ware but we were willing to make it work and offered more than listing. After spending all day moving from 8:30am - 5:30am the following morning we went to go and have a shower and we find out there is no hot water.
