Phil from Belle Properties at Stirling SA was easy to deal with, kept me well informed throughout the process and went above and beyond what would be expected from an Agent.
The worst real estate agents I’ve ever had the displeasure of interacting with. Completely uninterested in doing their jobs. The only thing keeping this business up is the toothlessness of the rental tribunal. I sincerely hope I never have to interact with any of these leeches ever again. Don’t even consider trusting these people with your money or property. Several maintenance tasks went undone for the full 12 months on our lease.
