Great experience to get my unit leased. Martha, Jeremy and the team are knowledgeable in property management and would recommend for those who have investment properties in the lower north shore. They can accomodate the type of tenants you are looking for, draft a lease agreement to your needs and negotiate well with applicants. Also they are happy to undertake open homes and video walk through of your property to secure tenants.
Very disappointed with my recent dealings with Belle. After appointing a senior sales rep to sell my home it is now apparent that the little guys don’t matter anymore. After providing his assistant with feedback on a photo shoot I was called by the lead agent to be told my feedback was not welcomed and that he had now lost the passion to represent my property. Obviously I cancelled the agreement. I have now appointed another agent who has passion and is very professional. I feel like the client again.
Shanelle has been great to deal with! She’s always been helpful with lease renewals and really accommodating when our housemates have changed. She’s also quick to organise repairs and makes everything easy. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and professional agent!

Shanelle has been a great property manager while we rented in Wollstonecraft. She always responded to our emails, queries and property repairs in a timely manner and followed up on visits from tradies. When we moved out she was really helpful and understanding with the process.
