Christian is a professional and a gentleman. He made the purchase process very smooth and straightforward. I would definitely recommend him. This is my first time as a landlord which I shared with Belle when I first approached them to lease out my apartment. Martha helped me find a tenant but after the tenant was found I was on my own. I was handed over to Mark Hands, my property manager, but the left hand is still not talking to the right hand. I have not been explained how things work and have had to ask a million questions to get to the answers I need. My property manager, Shanelle, has always been responsive and attends to my concerns the soonest possibly can. She has always coordinated promptly my repair requests and keeps me fully informed of any communications from the strata, in the event I haven’t received them myself. Overall, I’ve been very happy and extremely satisfied with Belle and I would highly recommend them. They’re absolutely top notch when it comes to customer service and property management. Keep it up!
