We've just renewed our lease at a Belle Property managed rental for another year. They have been a pleasure to work with throughout the duration of our tenancy so far. Communication is clear and timely, all the contractors and maintenance folks they've arranged to attend to the property have been professional and effective. We have been working with Shanelle and Jeremy, both great.

Suzie Flanagan has been awful to deal with. We have been living with black mould due to having no ventilation in the bathroom and have consistently raised this health concern since November last year and she does not respond to emails or phone calls and when calling reception they say she is in a meeting. We have also had an ant infestation as a result of tenants above us which has damaged our property and there was no offer of any compensation and at most we were offered for a pest controller to attend the property (who adv... read more

Booked an inspection and received confirmation, but there was no communication on arrival and no response to calls or emails. Several prospective tenants were left waiting without any information. When the agent finally appeared, we were told the inspection had already finished and that he needed to leave. No apology, no explanation. Extremely disappointing level of professionalism.
