They prioritize policy over patients. Never in time for their appointments even online. When they online appointment wasn't working it's okay to call me via phone. But not when I'm driving and unable to visit. Not everyone works in an office setting. These appointments are required monthly due to their policy on the medication. If they were actually open during their M-F 8-5 hours, it would be a miracle.
They are an embarrassment to the MAYO name. Lucky if there is if there only doctor Dr Lim is there 1 day a week, mostly just the unqualified nurse practitioner Kristin. The receptionist Teresa would rather deal with her bill collection agents after her then the people in line. Way to go MAYO..... going to leave and a line of people and I can't schedule a appointment because Teresa is telling off her bill collectiors . I’ve had good encounters with most staff except for one. Karen Anderson is a nurse who works there and I have only had bad encounters with her. She just brushes off symptoms and tells you to come back if it doesn’t get better. No one wants to come back if all you did was tell them to take ibuprofen and Tylenol when they first came and not try to help. I came there to get help after things not working at home and she makes is seem like there is no solution.
Very friendly and caring staff, from the receptionist, to the nurses to the doctor! I felt as if I was important that my concerns were taken seriously. I highly recommend this clinic!
