I'm a 53 year old woman who needed an ambulance yesterday for the first time ever. A lady and young man picked me up.She greeted me first. Her name was D. ( can't remember last name). His name was Lou. I was treated with the upmost respect and Lou was a 30 year old guy who talked me into calmness without me even realizing it. These two people are going to be on my heart forever. Please acknowledge these two as they are in the rite field.
