I tried this salon for the first time because a friend recommended it, but honestly, I was very disappointed. The staff seemed rushed the whole time and the service felt careless. My pedicure was not done properly — the bottoms of my feet were barely cleaned, the massage was rushed, and the shape of my nails was not what I asked for. They did I good job on my eyebrows love them
The guy Nick at the front is always so all over place and spazzy the past few times I’ve had to repeat myself for my service request so many times it’s frustrating and you can tell the technicians are just as frustrated. The prices anymore are insane and the polish doesn’t even last me 2 weeks it’s crazy. I also overheard them talking about multiple clients in Vietnamese in front of them.
