I've been going to this salon for YEARS more than 3 years now the service is never steady so I come and go, but I always end up back here. Today however I feel like it was my last straw, I look forward to pedicures every two weeks, as they give me some of the best. I made appointments for both my daughter and I online. When I didn’t receive a confirmation, I called. The person on the phone didn’t ask for my name just the services I needed and said “there should be no problem.” I also asked if they take cards or cash only. They said they take cards but tips were cash or Venmo. When I arrived, I signed in and mentioned I had an appointment. Again, didn’t acknowledge or confirm, just told us to sit down.
