I haven't had a bad experience here yet. My nails definitely last a long time. I haven't met a nail tech yet to be able to do exactly what I ask for as far as style goes but they always turn out nice.
Had an appointment today, there was a snowstorm yesterday so i understand closing for it, but no one contacted me to let me know! Went all the way there and doors are locked, lights out. Was supposed to be a mani pedi for my trip in 2 days. Wouldn’t want anyone to drive in this if they weren’t comfortable, but they should have contacted me. Instagram says they are open!!
Be careful, exceptionally careful! They messed up my daughter's nails and told her "come back to fix them if they fall off and we will fix them". Odd. We have been going there for years, and sure enough, within a week gel nails started falling off. When we brought her back, they "fixed" them and charged her $29, saying she picked a new color. This place was recommended to me and it started out good, but consistently went downhill. First, the young man who answers the phone is not very helpful. Secondly, I found someone I’d liked Ryan, but he Rarely works. Tu You can’t even get an appointment with. So one time I said anybody and they gave me Zin Who had an appointment 30 minutes after mine.
