I would not come here. The technician clipped my thumb nail skin so it was bleeding and his solution was to put nail glue on the cut while it was bleeding. I also got Gel-X and the underside of my nails look terrible - there is a huge gap between the extensions and my natural nails which i have never had before. Water and dirt have already starting getting trapped…maybe other services are better but I would not come back for Gel-X

I had a very disappointing experience with Kay. She failed to remove the dead skin and claimed it was due to my skin condition. However, I have been to many other professional shops, and every other technician has always made my feet perfectly clean without any issues. Kay is the only one who couldn't achieve the proper results. They offered a small discount, but I refused because I value professional service over a few dollars. Employees are very friendly and salon is modern and clean. The only issue that I had was the policy where male nail techs cannot work on male customer (or at least customers appearing to be male) nails. Male nail techs can only work with female customers while female nail techs can work with male or female customers. I had to wait for a female nail tech to free up for my nails to be completed. Kay is absolutely amazing. At my first appointment she made me feel so welcome and acted like I was already a long term client. I had my second appointment with her and the fact that she remembered me weeks later..amazes me. Not only is Kay the sweetest, the entire staff is so friendly and inviting. Definitely coming back over and over again

went over last weekend for a pedicure and was pleased with the manicurist and my pedi. When I paid with a credit card I was charged additional for paying with the card and that was a surprise. New unannounced policy I guess. I won't go back.
