I'll start with the positive: the staff are all very kind and they took us immediately as a walk in for two gel manicures, one with gel x extensions. My mom got a regular gel manicure and had to keep reminding the tech to remove left over cuticle. She asked for square shaped nails and they were completely oblong and I'm not sure a single one was actually square. Not to mention, the polish was very lumpy and uneven. I use to go somewhere in Vernon Hills, but i live three blocks away from here and i love it! Monica is the best for pedicures! She's cute funny and soo soo kind. takes her time and really makes sure everything looks perfect. I also love Bill for my acrylics. he's kind understanding and makes sure everything is done the way you like it without you making me feel bad for saying something. I love it here so much!
Kiki is the best, and has encouraged me to try some more fun nail styles and I have been loving it so much😌 the gel builder and manicure lasts me a month, it’s insane. I have been just telling her a color or detail I want and she takes it from there. Her attention to detail is unmatched, she really wants your nails to look perfect when you leave! got nails done here and they didn’t even last a week. The entire hand fell off in 4 DAYS. I paid 100 dollars + a tip that the guys ASKED ME FOR for these stupid nails to last litterally 4 DAYS
My friend and I went this morning to get our nails done for our trip to Cabo. We saw the photos online of the nail art and thought they would be able to do some simple designs we picked. as you can see below we were utterly wrong, the guy doing my nails was in such a rush and didn’t use the right tool for the french tip(as you can see the edges don’t even reach the end).
