I had reached out to Cristina in February to book an appointment for March 18th. I apple paid her $45 on February 22nd. 2:45am the day of my appointment she messaged me letting me know she had to cancel because of a family emergency. I told her it was fine, to take care of her family. She had offered to reschedule but I had already taken the day off and had a babysitter.
