beyond grateful to Mark for guiding my healing process for my rare quad tear and helping me get back to doing what I love (lifting weights). couldn’t have done it without him
They rock, but dont mind the painful mean stretches incase you got bad frozen shoulder or so like me. Mark Nagel, Mike both are phenomenal, my rotary cuff was in pain for months, i have not been able to sleep or be pain free even, its constant pain, and in just 6-7 sessions they opened it up , i will continue to work with them and i hope they keep helping people in pain and train more therapists because the world NEEDS them. God bless them.
