Although the location and view is amazing I’m completely disappointed by the poor hygiene of the place: exhaust fans on bathrooms absolutely revolting, one of the showers wasn’t even cleaned from the previous tenants; hairs and soap stains everywhere, blood (?) splatter on the bathroom door, cabinetry shelves full of dust and yellow stains. Would never stay there again disgusting I'd be happy to provide my feedback and photos if you'd like. However, I would never choose to stay in unit 50 on level 10 at the Belle Mason Broadbeach again. It was disgusting dirty, hand marks on the walls, pubic hair on the bathroom floor, stains on the curtains, dust gathered in the cupboards, draws, wardrobe, the fridge was dirty, one of the towels had fresh blood on it, the shower was not cleaned, there was cream/moisturiser left on the mirror. Belle Maison was amazing. Room very spacious, close to heart of Broadbeach and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Thanks for having us.
Loved the location short walk to restaurants & shops . Rooms are very large Only 1 towel per person for a week is not satisfactory I was washing them every 2nd day Pool is excellent Wi fi was also good as well as fox tel but the remote was painful to use
Our stay was very comfortable and the proximity to trams, restaurants, surf clubs, the beach were great. Good sized rooms with plenty of room to move.
