Love our time at Belle Maison and will definitely be coming back and happy yo recommed to family and friends
We absolutely loved our stay at Belle Maison Apartments. The unit was much larger than any other places that we have stayed in and was exceptionally well appointed. The whole building is immaculately presented with a large heated pool and spa plus other fitness apparatus. From the moment you enter the building you begin to relax and know that you are going to enjoy your holiday there. We will definitely stay here again in the future and highly recommend it to others looking for a family friendly or couple retreat.
No better place on the coast than Broadbeach. The beaches, entertainment and restaurants are first rate. The room and facilities at the Belle Maison are excellent which ensures a 5 star rating and offsets some of the reception staff being a little unpleasant. (They rate 3 out of 5; not terrible but seem to be annoyed if you approach them with an enquiry). In saying that, interaction with reception is very limited so barely rates a mention. Apartment 12 on floor 3. Not a good location due to noise from the pool until late and our neighbours stomping around at all hours... also not enjoyable hearing their use of the toilet! Sound proofing not great. Our booking was made via Booking.com. Unfortunately they were hacked and we received multiple messages via booking.com and email that the property couldn't accommodate us. Despite calling the property multiple times for confirmation our booking would be honoured, it was cancelled by the scammers and our money returne... read more
