This is the 3rd time that I have used Belle Isle Awning over the last 30 years to install an awning on my deck. Same great friendly service, quality product, & skilled workmen who installed it. I highly recommend them if you’re looking to add an awning to your home or condo.
Salesman arrived on time and was very informative. Placed order expecting build and installation to take 6-8 weeks. Awnings were custom built and installed within 2 weeks. Professional installation by a great crew took the time to do it right. Beautiful awnings. We added one more for the garage. Purchased awnings in the past from Marygrove Awning but they no longer build and install stationary awnings. Belle Isle Awning built a custom enclosure for our church's office entrance and it is beautiful! Frank Delaney from BIA was our project manager. He was 100% great to deal with. Frank is an efficient and frequent communicator. He was very patient with the process as our our purchase had to go thru due process for council approval, provided all drawings and prototype photos, gave recent examples of similar, explained the differences in various products and guided us to perfection! Have been with your family business for years, needed awnings removed and cleaned while new siding and trim was changed. Needed one awning downsized using existing materials. Awnings were reinstalled not cleaned and no downsized single awning . Rope was used to secure awnings and installation was far from what it used to be. Owner was rude and unwilling to listen as I was withholding payment until a satisfactory solution was made. Was told all companies use rope. WHAT??? Paid them and will never use them again!
