They first time they came out to put my awnings up eleven years ago they did a great job. The second time they came out to replace the old awnings all the work the did was great, except for the bubble awning that they had to take back to their shop as soon as the one worker seen the holes from the stitching that was not covered by the aluminum supports. What an amazing experience! We left our retractable awning out overnight on accident (we open it in the daytime because so much light comes in our kitchen) and the snow fall caused it to not come back in automatically with the remote or manually. We called multiple companies and they basically told us to get lost, except for Blair @ Belle Isle Awning. He came over on short notice in nasty icy conditions to help me figure out how to get it back in manually and he will coming back out in the spring to fix it. I cannot say enou... read more
