I had an 8am appointment, arriving a little early as I figured I would need to fill out new patient forms. Door was locked, but a young man showed up and opened the door. There are two dental offices on this floor so I wanted to confirm I was at the correct place, which he did. I filled out the new patient forms, and the same young man took X-rays. I have been going to this practice for 4 years. I am very happy with them.
I cannot recommend this dentist office enough. This dentist office is exactly what you want. The front desk is wonderful. They were helpful, friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and organized. Dr. Refai was fantastic. He took the time to answer all my questions. He was friendly. straight forward, honest, and just over all great. (I have had dentist in the past try to convince me that I need Invisalign right and make me think it would be bad if I don't.) This is a superb dental care provider. The personnel are professional, responsive, and just nice individuals. I started about 12 years ago with Dr. Golub. He chose his successors with obvious great care. I would highly recommend this clinic to family and close friends. That's my test. It passed with flying colors. Today is October 31, 2024. I don't know the date of the above comment. But I still stand by it today. And this is not a trick.
It would be nice if after she is finished looking and taking care of the things she needs to do, and before turning it over for a cleaning if she said "good job" or "everything looks good". Typically you get nothing.
