Do not get me wrong. It is a great place to live however it is not kept up well and is kept up at a very bare minimum level. It is not dirty or anything. It is very outdated however it is a great quiet place to live if you want to feel more private, and still be in the Clearwater setting lived here for 12 years. I had a condo and it was great however it is just not in a great place as Clearwater Beach has gotten a little crazier over the years.
We love Belle Harbor!
