These people are truly awful. You arrive to unload at 2:55 and they absolutely refuse to let you in, and according to them, they close at 3:00. I don't recommend coming here at all; it's a complete disaster. The managers of this business need to fix this. There's no respect for customers who arrive with just enough time and are turned away.
