Tevia and Desiree are PHENOMENAL instructors. I have done a variety of work out classes, including CrossFit and have never felt my core as strong as it is after these two amazing ladies! I suffer from a chronic lower back injury and this has helped immensely!!! I am beyond lucky to have been introduced to this - BLESSED!!! You ladies are the best!!! And an amazing group of ladies I’ve met along the way!!!

The friendliness of the staff was so welcoming and the space so inviting, freshly renovated, and beautiful. I can't wait to participate in the other classes!
