Disclaimer: I only braided my natural hair; no extensions. I reached out to this salon on Thursday the 9th in the morning to make an appointment. I messaged Aishah and she was very kind. I love supporting businesses by my fellow Africans. I requested for a wash, blow dry, trim and braids. I came in at around 4:40 pm. The salon was fantastic. Even though it was fast and my hair was soft it only lasted the weekend and it burned my hair off and when the stylist washed my hair she was using her nails to wash my hair and when she was blow drying my hair she was burning my scalp and on top of that she straightened it and burned my ear numerous times and I went though so much pain and trauma just for it to only last 2 days.

I recently got small/medium French curl braids done and wanted to share both the positives and the concerns I experienced. The main stylist I communicated with before the appointment was very responsive and professional. She was punctual, washed and blow-dried my hair thoroughly, and sealed the ends of my French curl braids well.
