I was under pressure to move quickly, so I didn’t have much time to research and probably would have chosen differently if I had more options. The apartments are older, and reaching the leasing office is difficult. There’s no direct email for an agent, phone wait times are long, and the AI Assistant isn’t very helpful. Worst place to live, the maintenance supervisor is super mouthy/rude with children. Cant ever get ahold of anyone in the office. When you finally do they rush you off the phone. I had to wait over a month for any work order to even be looked at. Maintenance doesn't take things serious they do everything half fast. I would not recommend this place at all. Never had i had to experience such a mess with a community I live at.

I rented a retail space with Belle Creek/Hudson Grove apartment complex. My commercial space shares a building with all other residential units. My space sits under residential apartments and is managed and ran by the same property management as the residential tenants. This company never fixed my leaks as they kept reoccurring. This place is an absolute joke. Say one thing, do another. Overpriced, mold and dog shit everywhere. Tricia the manager is rude and unprofessional... $2800 deposit, left the place in perfect shape, got less than half back... Stay FAR AWAY from Belle Creek. Don't give a prorated amount to move out early if you aren't going to Honor it. Train your people, or save everyone the trouble and shut down.
