Great experience, walked in and everyone was friendly. Staff was well versed and knew there craft. I personally own multiple cowboy hats and it was refreshing being able to talk to them. My wife loves her hat and I have one coming in. Highly recommend!
The store is overpriced, but it is in the city center of a tourist destination so that is expected. But we found the service great with helpful, attentive staff. They special ordered a belt I was having a hard time finding elsewhere.
Im super confused at all the other reviews - i had an awesome experience here. I looked at boots in 15 stores and found the absolute best ones here + awesome staff!
Do not recommend the place
The service I received was terrible. The staff were rude, impatient, and showed no basic level of customer respect. Instead of being helpful and professional, I felt ignored and treated with disrespect. A very unpleasant experience that I would not expect from a store like this. I do not recommend this store.
