Do not recommend the place
The service I received was terrible. The staff were rude, impatient, and showed no basic level of customer respect. Instead of being helpful and professional, I felt ignored and treated with disrespect. A very unpleasant experience that I would not expect from a store like this. I do not recommend this store.
Avoid this place as ! Unfortunately, this location is no better than their other store across the street. The staff are unfriendly, unprofessional, and seem annoyed whenever you ask a question. Customer service is extremely poor, and the prices are far higher than they should be. Jackson has plenty of businesses that actually appreciate their customers. Spend your money elsewhere and skip this place. Very disappointing experience.
Mireya was amazing. I was looking for a particular boot. She found me one that net all my requirements, took payment and got them to me overnight for a big event. They were even better than expected and super comfortable no break in required! Thanks Mireya for making it so easy and pleasant.
