The store is overpriced, but it is in the city center of a tourist destination so that is expected. But we found the service great with helpful, attentive staff. They special ordered a belt I was having a hard time finding elsewhere.
Im super confused at all the other reviews - i had an awesome experience here. I looked at boots in 15 stores and found the absolute best ones here + awesome staff!
Do not recommend the place
The service I received was terrible. The staff were rude, impatient, and showed no basic level of customer respect. Instead of being helpful and professional, I felt ignored and treated with disrespect. A very unpleasant experience that I would not expect from a store like this. I do not recommend this store.
Avoid this place as ! Unfortunately, this location is no better than their other store across the street. The staff are unfriendly, unprofessional, and seem annoyed whenever you ask a question. Customer service is extremely poor, and the prices are far higher than they should be. Jackson has plenty of businesses that actually appreciate their customers. Spend your money elsewhere and skip this place. Very disappointing experience.
