Tim and his team came to replace some damaged underground drainage piping, add downspout cleanouts, and spread mulch. The work was completed quickly and looks great. Communication is great and payment is easily handled via emIl. I'll definitely have them back.
We had Belle City Lawn Care fertilize, weed and feed our yard the summer of 2024. During one of the treatments our lawn was burned by one of their techs. I brought it to the attention of the owner via email and he went into denial mode. I finally got his attention with my unpaid account. When he called me about it I reminded him of my email. They did a good job with a retaining wall (although there are voids) and a patio. I asked for some additional grading that would probably take one man about an hour that they refuse to do. They promised to put the lawn back in. Seed was spread in late fall near Thanksgiving. I asked if they would return in the Spring and they said yes. They did not. Great experience working with Belle City Lawn Care. We had a large backyard project and they exceeded our expectations. Easy to work with, very clear and transparent communication, easily adaptable as the project comes together and a great attention to detail.
Owner is a polite, hard working man who stands by his work. Had a retaining wall and grass seed planted in a new construction. A couple of hiccups that had to be resolved, but for the most part very pleased. A new construction build can be very frustrating.
