We rented days after a hurricane. While all the bigger marinas we still inventorying thoer boats, this smaller place payed off. The guys were friendly and the boat was fast and ran great. Would have gave 5⭐️ had the boat been a little cleaner and dried off first(no one wants to sit on a wet seat)
Terrible boats. The tri-toon rentals are little more than a barge with underpowered and sketchy motors. There are no gages, which is important to note because you just have to trust the boat was full when you depart. There is no navigation aside from a map (you have to ask for it). We used them twice from Groupon and will never return. An hour of our last trip was wasted because we had to have them come out and swap boats because the steering was almost impossible, and the motor wouldn't stay idle. I would give zero stars if I could .. the manager was not helpful with any of my issues. My handicap father is still sore from how horrible the pontoon seats were, no depth finder or radio on boats. Our Bimini was broken, got back to mention our horrible time just to be ignored. I have been waiting for a call from Mr.Seaman the owner and I’ve heard nothing. This is not my first or last boat rental but it will be from the company.
Went on the pontoon with friends who booked through Groupon. Helpful staff, clean boat, ran perfectly. Telling everyone visiting Florida to get a rental from them. Had a beautiful day!
Rented a centre console for the day. Staff was friendly, equipment was clean and operated as expected, prices were excellent. We’re not familiar with the area and they were more than happy to show us the area limits, explained how to get out to Anclote Key and back. Was a great day and will definitely rent from Belle Harbour again!
