I was grateful that they were able to fit me in last minute after my regular stylist cancelled due to Covid. I arrived a little early and showed the stylist the hairstyle I wanted for a wedding. I wish she had admitted she didn't know how to do it, but instead, she gave me a hairstyle I didn't like and didn't ask for. In my opinion, honesty about your skills and being straightforward with the customer is always best. I would have appreciated that approach rather than spending $85 on a hairstyle that disappointed me. Unfortun... read more
