The level of service since the new aesthetician came on board is poor to say the least. Ex: she rushed through my Pelleve in ONE pass! Yet I was still charged top dollar for the low quality service that yielded no result Being a (former) client of the spa for over 10 years I was extremely disappointed when I sent a message regarding my experience and heard nothing back. I would not recommend *edit: it was a hydropel given later in 2022 and she ABSOLUTELY rushed through the Pelleve part. ONE pass! Definitely not confused. Ty.
Friendly and professional atmosphere HIghly RECOMMENDED. Sylvia is Very welcoming and friendly. Kate was very professional and informative. I would never go anywhere else. The staff made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions and concerns.
Great Escape to a Zen place! Everyone pleasant and attentive to help create a calming and relaxing atmosphere. We Highly recommend a visit soon!
I loved my 90 minute "deep tissue" masssage with nancy. In fact I gifted one to my sister for her birthday & she felt like a queen. I will definately be going on (I hope) a regular basis!! Thank you!
