I can not express the disappointment for this company. I ordered 4 doors from them via Wayfair - they completely screwed up the order after a one month wait, and then were unresponsive to requests from Wayfair service managers. No one picks up the phone, they don't return calls. Buyer beware when dealing with this company - completely unprofessional, untrustworthy.

I purchased around 20 doors from them multiple doors came warped, some of their magnetic hardware came set reversed so the doors stay open. They wouldn’t take responsibility and very hard to communicate with them. Stay away and save yourself the headache and the money. Quality is below one star

I need a cover for a hinge so I called. The guy who seemed like the owner who answered at extension 0 told me he was forwarding me to someone. That line dropped dead. Then I tried to call back. He acted like he didn’t hear me. Then I tried to call back and he picked up the phone and hung it up. Don’t buy anything from these people. They don’t give any after sales support. And are jerks about it as well.
