JP was amazing in helping to obtain a home loan. While working with him, he showed he truly cares about the welfare of his clients by getting creative with solutions & making sure my monthly payments would be attainable. When closing day came, he was there not only to answer any questions/ concerns, but as a friendly presence. I would highly recommend adding him to your home buying team.
JP and his team took the time to explain everything to us. They texted and called as we preferred, and were even available at some odd hours when we had questions. They front loaded most information, preemptively answering questions we would have had. We closed smoothly, and most importantly, on time. Not a single issue with our lending process - a great experience.
JP and his team are great. When no one else could help me he found away never gave up and got everything we needed done. I would recommend him to anyone. He made the process as easy as he could great experience!!!
