Before my auto loan was paid off, I contacted Bellco multiple times about canceling the warranty/service contract. WORST tech. If you are a time billionaire or enjoy spending time at bank branch, this is the bank for you. I cant set up Autopay online or on the app, going back and forth with the phone reps for a full month now. I completed their written docusign autopay form thrice, they just failed to process all 3 attempts. Great staff! My only issue is the way this building is designed, the tellers are way to close together, I feel like the customer next to me is rubbing shoulders, hence the 4 instead of 5 stars.
