Great staff! My only issue is the way this building is designed, the tellers are way to close together, I feel like the customer next to me is rubbing shoulders, hence the 4 instead of 5 stars.
A representative I have talked over the phone to get help on specific statements was very rude and not helpful. A 20 years over member should be treated that way.
Bellco has been my credit union since 1981
