I’ve been a Bellco member for years, but I’m officially done. Over 10 years ago, I had a charge-off on a credit card that I later settled and paid. Despite that, Bellco has refused to clear the remaining $100 from their system. Now they’re withholding my funds and won’t let me close my account because of it. For reference, I have a 740 credit score and no issues with any other financial institution. You would think the simple act of depositing cash into your account would be easy. They put my deposit in somebody else's account.

I had my wallet stolen & the minute I realized it, I drove straight to this branch to shut down my cards. Mr. Salim Shafi saved the day by helping me & was the absolute best in his customer service & attitude. You rarely get great customer service it seems these days, but Salim was amazing & I will always go back to this branch specifically when I need any thing regarding my accounts because of how wonderful he treats customers. He truly is a gem & Bellco has a great employee, hope they know this!!!!
