Terrible credit union. Do not use. I have had the displeasure of using them twice for my auto loan and truly recommend that you run as fast as you can away from this credit union. Incompetent, unprofessional, and terrible communication is how I would describe these people.
Representative not knowledgeable, mislead us into thinking our loan could be used for debt consolidation but it turned out we were only allowed to use it to pay our solar panels which already had a lower interest rate. Be sure to talk to more than one representative in case the first one has to say, “Sorry, I didn’t know” after your credit has been hard checked.
