My wife and I were blown away with the customer service York gave us when I came in last Saturday to set my wife up on my account. He helped with kindness and professionalism. I am glad I made the switch to Bellco. They took the time to address all our needs.
Why does it take forever to obtain a simple auto loan. Why doesn't anyone know what is going on when I call. Was told up to 3 days for funding., now going on 1 week.
I've been with Bellco for 8 years and they have been great! They helped me when my account was hacked, they helped me with loans, and their staff is super friendly.
Went to cash a check and told me no because it was the weekend and the lady was rude about it.
Called to ask a question about something and got told to check where I am calling and won't help me and then sied I wuold be transferred to someone that can help but they stayed on the phone and still wont help with my question....... the bank lies and will keep your money and not help you and lock your account overall don't go to this bank they have a lot they need to work on and how to handle money paper and digital this bank won't even help whene some one eals using your stuff they make you pay for it they won't even help... read more
