I Went to refinance a vehicle and all was good. I was forwarding them the payoff letter when they suddenly backed out last minute on account of it being a “Commercial vehicle” (Ford Transit Van). So now I took time off of work, did footwork, and took a ding on my credit for a loan that was ill fated the entire time. Love this bank so much always fast and easy service. I want to point out Britney specifically she is always huge help, makes confusing bank stuff seem super simple and is honestly the most ideal worker there is
What a joke....Tried to do an auto loan with them. Was initially approved, then the logistics of trying to actually close the loan and get the check for the car fell apart. Wasted a week of our time, almost lost the car we wanted over it. Representative seemed cluless on how the car buying process works or even how to read the purchase agreement from the dealer. I've been a Bellco member for over a decade and live in the mountains, with the closest branch three hours away. Despite the distance, Brittany Pereira at the Grand Junction location has been amazing! She has guided me through several loan applications with ease, always responding promptly to my questions and advocating for my requests. Brittany thoroughly explains all my options, makes each process seamless, and even followed up after post loan disbursements. I highly recommend her!
