This BELLCO is CLOSED PERMANENTLY. PLEASE UPDATE
I got an auto loan through this bellco branch a couple years ago. Everything about the experience was top notch from start to finish. I worked with Abigail primarily and all of my needs were not only met but exceeded. I will return to her for all future loan endeavors and would highly recommend for anyone looking for excellent customer service and low rates!
The mccaslin branch has been very helpfull and friendly! It nice having a branch nearby!
Extremely disappointed. I submitted an application to refinance my auto loan and didnt hear back from the Abigail Boh, the Member service advisor until I followed up days later with her. I previously spoke with a different Bellco employee who confirmed it was approved so I had to reach out to her instead. When I finally heard back we had some communication and arrangements to sign off on the refinance loan and only a few hours before this appointment, on the day of, she called to tell me there was an error and the loan was n... read more
