You literally can’t call a human on the phone! I only want to know if I can bring some wrapped or loose coins in to the Louisville branch for deposit. Before I waste 20 min driving there to find out. Can’t call them to ask. Listened to AI talk for 15 min, shunt me through multiple “menus” and hang up on me 3 times. No human. This is EVERYTHING wrong with our society in the name of … what? This bank has the single highest downtime of any bank I have ever heard of. I swear their online presence is running in a leaky box van in a mcdonalds parking lot using the free wifi for their internet connection. Their response time is lacking at best horrific at worst. Please do yourself a favor and bank elsewhere bellco is not a bank worthy of your money or time.
