I had some CDS that were expiring. I came in about 2 weeks prior and discussed my options with Paul. Let him know that I would be out of town on the actual maturity date, but I wanted to add some money to increase the balances on some and extend the term. Worst ever! After they issued card .. wouldn't work. Spent an hour inbranch. never given any correct information....and now card doesn't work....2days before Christmas. This bank and every single employee stinks and give incorrect information. They need to be shut down...Bellco is inept.
WARNING SAFTY IS AT RISK!!!! I was threatened in traffic by an employee who told me to “come up to the Bellco on the corner of Mississippi and Havana and I will pop you up before I go to work. I got 9s and 45s”. I reported this to the 800 number and the branch manager Krystal contacted me and I told her the full story and give his description and vehicle as well.
