Have always had good experiences here, but I'm bummed they are closing this location!
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICES I show my drivers license as a ID to change a check for a small amount, he ask for another ID. I told him that I wanted to talk to the superviser or manager and he denieded to me, he explained those are the rules.
I have a small business account at this CU. I have been trying to access their E-check deposit for months & it constantly says it’s not available. I called today 5/3/24, to have someone look into this. She was kind, patient & helpful But I was put on hold numerous times while they(IT department) were trying to resolve the issue. This is still not working and I really want to be able to deposit my husband’s part time job check. The staff are friendly enough but I wish their app worked the way it’s supposed to.
