I have been a patient here for 4 years and always have a great experience with all of the staff. The providers go above and beyond with the care they provide. Everyone is always kind and helpful. Never have to wait forever to get an appointment. I would highly recommend BFP for primary care!
I’ve been a patient at this office for over five years, and unfortunately, the quality of care has steadily declined. Nearly every visit, I’ve had to wait between 15 to 45 minutes past my scheduled time to be seen. Yet the one time I was 12 minutes late, I was told I had to reschedule—no exceptions. I do not recommend for women’s health. The entire experience from customer service to the doctor interaction / patient care to the follow up were all terrible. I experienced the same thing a few years ago but decided it was worth a second chance. If you are looking for a doctor or np to listen to your concerns and work with you on a diagnosis, find another practice.
Great staff!
They don’t take the time and effort to actually diagnose anything and just prescribe medication and antibiotics willy-nilly. They don’t call back about test results or reach out to communicate in any way. They’re not proactive in any way. My daughter has a kidney defect and popped up with symptoms of UTI so I hurried to give them a urine sample for a culture. They told me they’d call in a few days with test results. They did not call.
