I love the providers and staff so much at this practice. I switched my children here as well. They take the time to listen and are always accommodating. I would highly recommend. Everyone is so caring
Great, set Of doctors been going to their for a long time
I simply called in and asked if they are accepting new patients. I mentioned that I have multiple severe chronic illnesses and asked if they had any family care providers who were comfortable with that. Their immediate response was that they "don't perscribe narcotics." I do not take narcotics and so was very confused and a little offended. In the end they said they were not comfortable with this, which is fine. I would rather know before scheduling. While the office staff and nurse were very kind, I did not have a good experience with Kiley Ferer, PA. Medication was prescribed without asking enough questions about my symptoms, she only looked at the computer and didn't bother to ask anything about who I am and what conditions I may have when I was there to establish care. Bedside manner was more than disappointing. It left me feeling unheard and "managed." However if you are able to get in with their DO.
