I came in for a routine wellness visit, but the office billed it incorrectly as a complex Level 5 new patient visit (99205), leaving me with a $195 charge that should have been covered 100% under preventive care. I reached out to have the coding corrected, but the response I received was that “it can’t be changed,” which is not accurate. I saw Kiley and she was very professional. I was so very happy with her. Just started seeing her and so glad I did. The staff is also very friendly.
I have been a patient here for 4 years and always have a great experience with all of the staff. The providers go above and beyond with the care they provide. Everyone is always kind and helpful. Never have to wait forever to get an appointment. I would highly recommend BFP for primary care!
I’ve been a patient at this office for over five years, and unfortunately, the quality of care has steadily declined. Nearly every visit, I’ve had to wait between 15 to 45 minutes past my scheduled time to be seen. Yet the one time I was 12 minutes late, I was told I had to reschedule—no exceptions. I do not recommend for women’s health. The entire experience from customer service to the doctor interaction / patient care to the follow up were all terrible. I experienced the same thing a few years ago but decided it was worth a second chance. If you are looking for a doctor or np to listen to your concerns and work with you on a diagnosis, find another practice.
