Bellbrook Canoe Rental has been owned by three different individuals. The latest owner, Ron Mullikin, bought the rental in 2006. Under his ownership, business has doubled, and he continues to make changes and improvements to make Bellbrook Canoe Rental better for customers' needs. Our group had a great trip. The equipment was great and the staff was friendly and helpful. We can't wait to go back!
My group of 5 rented kayaks and had an enjoyable float down the river. Two and a half hours without much paddling effort. The current was good with no scraping bottom but we've had ample rain this summer so I can see how there would be some dragging in dryer times. It's a bit of a party river so there were some beer drinkers and potheads and oddly some loud music but nothing too obnoxious. It's a lovely stretch of river. We had a great time!
