An excellent small motel close to Torquay and Bell's Beach without all of the hustle and bustle. Great value. Clean, with comfortable beds and a lovely outlook

Nice stay, but cleanliness needs improvement The room at Bellbrae Motel was good — comfortable and with a nice view, which made the stay pleasant overall. However, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, and we even noticed a spider, which was a bit off-putting. With a bit more attention to cleanliness, especially in the washrooms, this place could easily be a much better experience.
Beautiful and affordable stay, can not get much better, and such a beautiful town
