Purchased a car from Dan at Bellboy a month ago and had a great experience, especially considering that this was a distance sale and I did not view the car in person. They we very accepting of me arranging a 3rd party to review and test the car before purchase, which greatly reassured me all was ok. He also threw in the change of the transmission oil with the sale. Thoroughly recommend getting a car from them.
Dan at Bellboys Ltd was great, made everything really easy and simple. He topped up the petrol and sorted out an up to date mot and service for new car. Really recommend!!!
Purchased a Vivaro van end of May that was not fit for purpose. The van was covered in mould, the radio didn’t work, the clutch was leaking fluid, smell of burning from behind the steering wheel, terrible rust under front wheel arch, I could go on, and I have all photos to back these issues up time stamped. Took over 8 days to get a refund, Dan was ignoring my texts and phone calls, when eventually said they would refund me, they deducted £207 for the miles on the unfit van we had used and also £100 for a valet on the van, e... read more
Don't buy from these, they reel u in thinking ur getting a vehicle that's road worthy when we found so many faults, they wouldn't give my car back that I part ex, didn't give the full amount I paid on top.. took weeks to sort out leaving me with no car for 5 children. All for answering ur calls and text before purchase and afterwards it's atrocious. Spend ur hard earned money elsewhere!
