Interesting experience. My dog came in yesterday afternoon with an allergic reaction and facial swelling, and the vet barely seemed concerned, walked straight past us while the nurse handled the injections. To make things worse, reception tried to charge us a consultation fee and wouldn’t even look at him until we completed all the paperwork first. Overall, it was a really disappointing and stressful experience, and the Vet himself was very rude and arrogant. We only came here because our regular vet couldn’t see him in time... read more
Excellent service and value. Dr Kyle always goes above and beyond to care for our fur babies - and doesn't charge an arm and leg in the process!! Won't take them anywhere else.
