took my little brother (15) in today to get his rat put down. he was deeply upset as the rat was in extreme respiratory distress and in pain. when the vet came i requested to be with the rat after she had passed, he initially said that was fine, but after my sister requested to come too, he said no. my brother was upset and teary eyed, the vet then stated “i am to going to put a needle through her rib cage into her heart”. very blunt, no emotion, in front of my brother who began to cry. he then took the rat “to the back” put... read more

The best veterinary surgery in the area. We are grateful to Dr Kyle Brackin and his team for taking such good care of our little cat, Goblin. The team were so lovely and gentle when I or my family would come in distressed about our sick cat. Dr Brackin is clearly deeply experienced and I'm glad to have taken our cat to him to get a proper diagnosis and treatment.
