Worst vet experience ever. Vet had bad temper, stormed around, gave me outdated advice that conflicted with advice from other vets and specialists. He doesn't keep up with any new research and best health recommendations.
Extremely disappointed with the vet's rude and intimidating attitude My partner and I took our dog, Cosmo, to this clinic today because he had been unwell with an upset stomach for over three days. While the reception staff was very friendly, our experience with Dr. Kyle Brackin was deeply upsetting and uncomfortable. Interesting experience. My dog came in yesterday afternoon with an allergic reaction and facial swelling, and the vet barely seemed concerned, walked straight past us while the nurse handled the injections. To make things worse, reception tried to charge us a consultation fee and wouldn’t even look at him until we completed all the paperwork first. Excellent service and value. Dr Kyle always goes above and beyond to care for our fur babies - and doesn't charge an arm and leg in the process!! Won't take them anywhere else.
