Our family trusted Dr Michael O’Sullivan as our GP for nearly 30 years. Writing this is difficult — but remaining silent would feel wrong. My father repeatedly presented with ongoing inability to empty his bladder and significant urinary symptoms that were severely disrupting his sleep and daily life. Very unhelpful... made an appointment, showed up early double checked with the rude woman. Ended up sitting for 2 hours
The only clinic I’ve ever been to where I (and my young baby) have attended while healthy, and within 24 hours of the visit become extremely sick, to the point where baby visited hospital. Never had such a bad experience with a doctor’s clinic before, hygiene practise there is apparently extremely lacking. Beware.

Great customer service! Were able to fit me in with a mild emergency and staff were extremely pleasant and accommodating. Cannot reccomend enough!
