The reception and nursing staff are lovely. I see Dr Afshan Junaid Bhagat who is kind and caring which is exactly what you want in a doctor.

Doctors are nice here and try to help where they can. However the older lady at the reception is so rude. Shame on her. I visited this practice with my son one day and asked her if I could use bathroom/room to change my 2 year old son. She told me I could not. When I told her I was going to change my child in the waiting area (no one was there. We were only people) on the chairs, she was not happy. Wrapped the nappy in the scented nappy bag and put it in the bin. On my way out she told me to take the nappy bag of the rubbish... read more

Pretty disgusted. My partner had seriously hurt his back where he is in obvious pain. Called his regular doctor but were booked but needed to see someone asap. Well he had I'm assuming the NEW female doctor.. had him in and out in less then 3 minutes and basically claimed he was trying to take work off and just gave him a print off of workouts. Turns out he has torn muscle in his shoulder and back As Well as finding out he has scoliosis so thank you for nothing and possibly causing more pain for him. NEVER EVER AGAIN.
