Very simple and basic everything a mom would need going on vacation with young kids. Nothing to breakable
Horrible neighborhood, almost got towed here on vacation. They do not give any warning before towing. I tried to make sure my car was not anywhere in the road only to be told the vehicle cannot block the sidewalk that cuts the driveway in half. There is no parking available for big parties and they expect to car pool a half mile away at the community center. SCAMMERS. It's all a ploy, everyone gets a cut, even the security guards up front.
