Do not stay here! We arrived to two dirty rooms that had the mattresses out in the hallway. The dirty linens from the previous guests in those rooms were balled up in a corner. The mattress from one of the rooms was covered in blood, feces, and/or urine. The room smelled like puke. The trash from multiple previous guests was still outside in a broken trash receptacle. We have stayed in Orlando area for cheer many times with no issue. However this was our first and last stay at Bella Vida. Our first issue was the property not ready upon our arrival and then our concerns were not addressed until two nights into our stay. Second there was a scantily clad woman at the community pool touching herself inappropriately while filming around a pool full of children. Property allows predatory towing company. Cops called, and we were informed it was perfectly legal for them to tow our car, even though we were parked in the driveway. Apparently, if your bumper is 1 inch into the sidewalk, they will tow it at owners expense. No signage anywhere on the complex and only vague warning from owner through Booking.com chat. Parties at properties until 6 AM. Only fans person shooting videos in the Public hot tub. Property is not well maintained and dirty. This is not a family friendly area.
Condomínio excelente para morar ou quem quer alugar para férias. Muito perto dos parques da Disney, fácil acesso a vários restaurantes e tem um Walt Mart a menos de 509 metros.
The parking here is abysmal, as well as too much predatory towing of vehicles along with the back gate doesn’t open to let you out even if there’s an emergency you have to have a pass to leave the property or drive all the way through to the front
