I’ve had ongoing issues with my car since purchasing it just two months ago. Unfortunately, the dealership has not taken proper responsibility for these problems, nor have they addressed them in a timely or appropriate manner. It took three separate visits for the service department to finally acknowledge and resolve the initial issue I reported — something that should have been handled from the beginning. Buyers beware. Bellavia Chevrolet has The most stereotypical sales people working there. They are only out for the commission, Not Customer satisfaction, or your Approval ratings. My fiancé leased the new Equinox EV. Unfortunately they saw the opportunity to get over because she was a woman. And only focus on the monthly payments ( not the cost of the vehicle).
