Went to Bellavia not knowing what to expect. Salesman Tom Lobue was great. This was the fastest I've ever gotten in and out of a dealership. The financing department was also phenomenal. Didn't feel any pressure from anyone while I was there. I highly recommend Tom Lobue and Bellavia.
Purchased a used Silverado. I paid 800.00 additional to have it certified. 9 days after taking the truck home I started having issues with the crash sensor along with the lane assist and rear camera. They are all connected. Took about a month+ to get the new front window camera replaced. Let alone a month to get the dealership to get me a loaner. After all this it worked for about 2 weeks called up requested a a new loaner and to have it fixed. Well another month goes by still no loaner problem not fixed. Horrible service. I... read more
