Resived: stating from owner we could get this problem resolved but then adter a couple phone calls i now feel I'm jumping through hoops now🤦♀️ At first few visits I was very pleased with the procedure i had done to my lips. I seen Alexis at the New Albany location and she was the absolute best! I had some cosmetic injections before that didn't go well at another med spa so I was hesitant to try again but really wanted some volume added. She was so patient with all my questions and very reassuring that we would accomplish my want. She delivered! Thank you Alexis, I'll be back to see you again soon!
This place is absolutely amazing!! I went got a full lip filler with Brooke. She was so kind and understanding. I had a my lips done previously at another place and had experienced some pain and was very nervous about getting it done again. I explained everything to Brooke and she very understanding with my concerns. She put the numbing cream on and left it on for longer then normal!! Brook is amazing! She was so gentle and knowledgeable. She gave me lots of education about my procedures and about things I had done at another business. This will definitely be my new home for my future procedures.
