Salon space is clean, private and all around well put together. Prices are fair and she is extremely talented when it comes to braids! 10/10 would recommend.

I would give this 0 stars if I could. The costumer service was absolutely awful. I had an appointment booked and showed up on time to the right location. The confirmation email says that you have to be buzzed in. I buzzed the buzzer multiple times and waited and got absolutely no response or was buzzed in. We waited for over 7 minutes after our appointment would have been started so it was canceled. We tried calling the number that’s listed in the confirmation email and the number is out of service. I usually don’t leave reviews but this by far is the worst customer service and professionalism I’ve ever experienced (which by the way I’m military and have traveled to numerous places to get my hair braided for the last 7 years.) I don’t know if she wasn’t feeling well or whatever the case may be but there’s no excuse to treat your customers with hostility.
