I recently purchased a bouquet from Bellassom Floral, and I was absolutely thrilled with the experience! The arrangement was stunning—fresh, vibrant, and artfully designed. I was really excited to purchase flowers from Bellassom. The packaging and arrangement of flowers were really beautifully done . However I was disappointed that the flowers weren't very fresh. They were picked up in the morning by my parents.. upon receipt a lot of the flowers looked like they were wilted and one of the white flowers actually had petals missing. I had asked if earlier delivery was possible, but was told it wasn’t — so I specifically requested a 6 PM delivery to make sure the flowers would stay as fresh as possible for the next morning. I also mentioned that I wouldn’t be available to receive them before 6 PM. Despite that, the flowers were delivered around noon during the hottest time of the day and left outside without any communication from the delivery person about where they were placed. I ordered a bouquet of peonies for my amazing girlfriend and WOW the quality of the flowers were top notch. I was impressed and Min was super helpful with my order. 10 out of 10! Highly recommend and will definitely order again in the future!
