This business seems to have no understanding of how important these occasions are to their customers. Whether it's a wedding, graduation, or another once in a lifetime event, cancelling an order without notice can ruin someone's special day. What disappointed me most was the complete lack of apology, empathy, or accountability afterward. 한국인 아닌 줄 알고 대충 넘어가도 된다고 생각하셨는지는 모르겠지만, 고객은 모두 똑같은 사람입니다. 누구를 가려서 대하지 마시고 모든 고객에게 같은 수준의 존중과 서비스를 제공해 주셨으면 합니다. 이런 태도가 결국 한국 전체의 이미지를 깎아내리는 겁니다..

I recently ordered a bouquet from this website, and honestly, I was really impressed. The fact that it’s made by someone working from home makes it even more special—it feels more personal and carefully crafted. The bouquet looked exactly like the picture—if not even better in real life. The flowers were fresh, well-arranged, and you could tell effort was put into every detail. The flowers at her shop are truly beautiful; the owner put a lot of thought and effort into their design. I love her flowers, and the owner is also incredibly kind—a beautiful woman!
