I was really excited to purchase flowers from Bellassom. The packaging and arrangement of flowers were really beautifully done . However I was disappointed that the flowers weren't very fresh. They were picked up in the morning by my parents.. upon receipt a lot of the flowers looked like they were wilted and one of the white flowers actually had petals missing. I was really looking forward to receiving these flowers, but unfortunately the experience wasn't what l expected. The delivery was originally scheduled for a specific day and time, but it arrived two days late and at a completely different time. This was quite disappointing, especially since the flowers were meant for a special moment. The bouquet itself looked nice at first, but the quality wasn't the best the flowers started to wilt much taster than they should have. I ordered a bouquet of 100 red roses from Bellassom for $1,000, plus I even left a $40 tip. What was delivered is absolutely unacceptable. The bouquet I ordered was supposed to be 100 beautiful red roses in a black wrap, but what was delivered looked nothing like that. It came in a cheap white wrap, and the flowers were arranged as if someone just threw them together in a bucket without any care. Even worse — half of the flowers weren’t even roses!
