Shay is a very intuitive, skilled practitioner. I was experiencing very intense nerve pain which she was able to relieve during my first session. For years, I was unable to lay on my left side due to a feeling of compression through my chest. I hadn’t told her about this, but following my treatment this feeling was completely gone and I have enjoyed comfortably sleeping on my left side. I would recommend Shay.

Thank you Bellasea Bodywork for relieving my stress! This was my first time receiving caranio sacral therapy and will absolutely do this more often.
