This is supposed to be wood-fired cooking but felt like food was only kissed by the flame as the wings were rubbery and undercooked, and bruschetta was served untoasted. The pizzas had no char, pepperoni was not crispy, the crust was doughy, floppy, and wet in the center. Absolutely LOVE Bella's Wood Fire ! Their pizzas are delicious and their service and atmosphere are great!!!
I would 100% recommend eating the pizza at the restaurant than take out. My first time trying was take out and only in 10 minutes the cheese hardened and it was cold. I called about it and they explained how it’s better in person and it hardens quick. They were happy to have me bring it back for a refire but it would have been pointless. Regardless, I warmed it back up a little but it took a while.
