The man answering the phone was rude as hell, this was our 1st time ordering, so there were questions! The older man; whom I received to be the owner, has poor communication skills, poor customer service! The little girl knows nothing, the older lady preparing the food, seems as though she's thought about RETIRING FOR THE PAST 20 YEARS, AND CAN'T 😢🙄😑.... THAT WAS MY FIRST TIME EVER THERE! The customer service is so rude! The old lady that cooks the pizzas, is so rude! She literally kept mugging me and being so rude after I addressed her she kept lying saying she wasn’t mugging me! None of them smile, none of them greet you in a friendly manner. Everyone of them don’t wear hair nets and it’s just nasty because their hair was just swinging everywhere around the kitchen… like they seriously need to do better and have better customer service! Update: Every time I see a review that offers constructive criticism of this establishment, the response from ownership or management seems to be defensive rather than customer-focused. Instead of acknowledging the customer’s experience or offering an apology, the response often suggests that dissatisfied customers should simply take their business elsewhere, sometimes accompanied by comments implying they don’t understand what it takes to run a business.
