I inherited a watch from my dad and they were able to replace the battery right then and there. I also brought in an old watch I've had for a long time that was scratched up. They replaced the battery, scratched up links, and crystals and took care of the glass that was also scratched. They did all of this quickly and extremely reasonably priced. I will 100% come back with any other things I need taken care of in the future.
They did a wonderful job restoring my grandfathers watch. Very fair pricing and the staff was lovely. Would highly recommend.

I’m not happy to say this, but: Do not take your jewelry here to get an appraisal - if you are of African descent. She gave me a price of $1800 for antique heirloom jewelry. I said “she’s offering $1800 let me go around the corner and check - because I know the history of dislike for us) and sure enough, It was worth WAYYYY more, once I took it around to Smyth’s… who offered me $5000!!! I went to this jewelry store with my husband to get my watch band resized. The owner was welcoming, genuine, the price is affordable, and she did a good job making my watch fit. My family and I will be going back to this store in the future.
