Bella's has been great. I'm so happy I did not see these reviews before I started doing buisness here. I have done several purchases from necklace to watch to even having a custom engagement ring and wedding band made. I have had no issue at all. Sami and Ash have been attentive and answer all questions promptly. I buy off Instagram and it's how I met them in 1st place. I truly appreciate all your help and when I saw these reviews I thought I needed to share my experience.
Folks sold me a fake AP x Swatch for $1800!!! They told me the diamonds were natural, I don’t even know if that’s true!! I will have to update that later. For I wish I could give negative stars!! Beware!!! Update: Talked to my man Frank there was some issues beyond the stores control regarding the inauthentic watch, but took GREAT care of me for an exchange. Top tier customer service and resolution!!!
Read Return policy carefully. No returns at all no exceptions. I was promised papers and authentication with my Rolex and never recieved them. I tried contacting Sami many times about them and he said I would recieve them but I never did. With a expensive watch like that not receiving everything I was promised is not right. I was planning on purchasing more jewelry from them but now it’s a definite no after my experience. Be Aware
I guess I should have read the reviews… I went in for a battery change on two watches. They told me $29 for each watch. I felt this was a little high, was expecting about $20 each. They told me 30 mins. I left the watches and went shopping, when I came back they had not done the battery change so they jumped up to do it then. DO NOT BUY JEWELRY FROM THIS PLACE!! My husband and I had a very disappointing experience with Bella’s Jewelry Store at Southlake Mall in Morrow, Georgia. We purchased jewelry that was represented to us as solid 14K rose gold. We trusted the information provided by the sales staff and made our purchase based on those claims.
