Scammer in this place. I ordered a bracelet and they switched it for something different from what they showed and mailed it to me. When confronted for a solution or legal action they stop responding. They dont provide paperwork and as previous reviewers stated they delay and blame some shipper guy everytime.
I ordered a piece was assured it would be delivered in 2 weeks.. Even called week of to only have them blame the shipper but couldn’t even produce a tracking #… The crazy part is they send me a video of the piece and it look good… Just couldn’t keep their promises… lesson learned
Sami was great. Took care of me and stayed in touch throughout the process. Items were shipped and arrived promptly.
Scam don't give them your money all they did was waste my time after they get your monry they don't answer the phone. Terrible experience.
