I guess I should have read the reviews… I went in for a battery change on two watches. They told me $29 for each watch. I felt this was a little high, was expecting about $20 each. They told me 30 mins. I left the watches and went shopping, when I came back they had not done the battery change so they jumped up to do it then. DO NOT BUY JEWELRY FROM THIS PLACE!! My husband and I had a very disappointing experience with Bella’s Jewelry Store at Southlake Mall in Morrow, Georgia. We purchased jewelry that was represented to us as solid 14K rose gold. We trusted the information provided by the sales staff and made our purchase based on those claims. The product quality is disappointing. I understand that my husband may not have purchased a top-tier item, but that shouldn’t mean the quality is poor. Regardless of price, customers should be able to trust that a product is made to a reasonable standard. This is especially frustrating because it’s an engagement ring something I should be able to wear every day. Instead, I keep running into issues with it, which shouldn’t be happening. I had a really great experience with them. The service was outstanding. I purchased a ring, a bracelet and a necklace for my boyfriend and me. They offer warranty and free cleaning which was a really good advantage. They also have different payment options to use which we ended up using for our purchase. You guys should really check them out. Their Mother’s Day deals are crazy!!!

I had a terrible experience. They promised me 1 type of custom piece and we agreed then they sent me what they felt like sending with half the details missing. I tried getting a replacement..initially they agreed to do it for some fee and then they eventually just ignored me. Terrible experience be careful buying from here!!!!! Look at how many bad reviews they have they are terrible!
