They are a scam. My regular cleaner was sick and I had guests coming. So I hire them from Thrumbtack. She did not clean the whole house but insist on full money. Did not even wipe down the kitchen counter, make bed and decline to clean all bathrooms .My roomba can clean better then her. A total rip off. DO NOT HIRE them.
She does a great job and takes direction well. When she see something needing cleaning she just does it.
