Yes I just want to make a formal complaint on how bad Isabel is and the wine she's been ripping my daughter mine and my daughter off for over a year now lying about certain prices then her Roots staff member wanted to give my 14-year-old a dirty looks and try to put a hot comb in my daughter's hair and Isabel got a rude attitude
