I’ve been coming here off and on for years never had an issue until my last visit a couple weeks ago. I’ve been natural for 4 years. Went in for silk press and they had to put some type of straightener in my hair . I washed my hair a couple weeks later my curl pattern was practically gone. I have 4c hair and it was very soft and straight. The said thing is you have no idea what they’re mixing in with the shampoo and conditioner until it’s too late. Ladies be very careful if you’re natural. I won’t be using them again.
I’ve been coming here off & on for over 6 years, never had a problem until my recent visit… where they decided to put relaxer in my natural hair without telling me. Devastated is an understatement. I’ve been natural since 2010, & all of my hard work has gone down the drain. My curls are gone and I’m having to start completely over! Please please please, if you have natural hair, DO NOT GO HERE.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I went in to get a regular blowout. I don’t remember the name of the stylist, but she fried my hair. I have 4c hair but my hair is now more 3a-4a. So many pieces of my hair is now straight even after many washes and protein treatments my hair is still not back to its usual state. My hair is also were brittle and weak. I attended this salon on Valentine's Day and Flo service was great . I was really happy with the shampoo and my blow out.
