I’ve never seen this level of unprofessionalism in all my life. I had an appointment with Ms. Donna, and after 10 minutes of texting and calling, she finally responded, “Oh shoot I forgot.” She never apologized. Never rescheduled. After 24 hour of silence, I reached out to her. She said she would call me but never did. Not only was the missed appointment unprofessional, she lacks the decency and courtesy to text or call to explain the mishap, ask for an apology and the possibility of rescheduling. I did 2 post op massages and the results is amazing i wish i had took b4 pics , love your professionalism very informative and clean and intimate space. Nurse Bella your hands are blessed
